Please find attached a bundle of documents, mails, etc which show the problems reported to us on the occasion of the visit of a representative of UCK, Mr Baibusinov (see his power of attorney), who was accompanied by a Belgian lawyer.
You will see several protocols of G.Assembly (2007 – sent to Mrs Hudaikulova by certified mail in March this year : no answer ! and 2010) which show that Mr Ekk is elected President of UCK or address the G.Ass as President of UCK .
The other messages illustrate the same situation and the fact that the complaints against Mr Ekk were cancelled.
In addition, you have already received copy of another legal decision (Sept 2010) stating that Mrs Hudaikulova could not do any act on behalf of UCK. I can re-send it to you again if you wish.
Coming back now to your questions, you are right, the decision will apply for pedigrees issued after Oct 14, date of the FCI Board decision.
We are overloaded by emails from UCK members who do not understand our decision. Shall we send them copies of this email ? They all claim that they never heard of Mr Ekk who, however, appears in all the reports and cases against Mrs Hudaikulova. It seems strange to us that this man is unknown to all these members.
On the other hand, you did not answer our question : what dates would be convenient for you to meet in December ?
