вопрос про FCI

Вот последний, самый неприятный для меня ответ. Если перед этим была надежда, то вот после этого ответа она практически исчезла.

Dear Mrs Bakushina,

Following your new mail, I have asked my executive director for the decision about this show. He has told me that the dog show won't be homologated since we have never received any application for organization. We regret to inform you about it. We recently had a correspondance with the Kazakh kennel club and hope they will improve their cooperation with the FCI.
